*What we do? 

We make each dress to order so that it can be customized to the bride's taste and measurements and we only use the highest quality fabrics and materials. Our dresses are elegant and affordable and unlike others, we don’t charge for custom sizes. We simply want you to have the dress of your dreams!

 

*Do you have a physical store that I can visit?

 

Our dresses are only available online. We guarantee the same excellent service to our customers purchasing gowns online or at a retail location. 

 

*How do I make sure I order the right dress/size?

Once you know which dress is the one for you, it’s time to get your measurements. We recommend having a professional take your measurements. Make sure to follow our measurements guide. Some dresses only require a few of the measurements in the guide. Please select "Custom Size" on the dress page for the specific measurements needed. We don't charge extra for making the dress to your exact measurements!

If you are ordering your dress in a standard size, make sure to check out the Size Chart on the dress page. If you are between sizes, we recommend you choose the larger size to allow for alterations by your tailor. 

 

*When will I receive my dress?

Dresses are shipped directly from our United States location. Most dresses will be ready within 8-12 weeks including shipping to your door. We will provide you with updates throughout the process as well as a tracking number.

 

*What is the return policy?

Our goal is to provide you with a stress-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or changed your mind before your big day, you can return the dress for a full refund. Returns are only accepted for standard size dresses up to 7 days following the date of the receiptWe do not accept the return of custom sized dresses made to your measurements and/or specifications.

To initiate the return process, please email us at info@olivermedici.com within 7 days of the dress arrival. After receiving the return authorization from us, you will have another 7 days to ship the dress back. A Arizona address will be provided. You are responsible for all costs associated with the return of the product including shipping as well as any damage occurring during transit. All sales are final if the return is not requested within 7 days.

The dress needs to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the original condition with any labels and tags still attached.

Your satisfaction is our priority and in such please try on the dress as soon as it's received to make sure it's made to your requirements. Contact us if you have any concerns!

 

*What colors do your dresses come in?

All dresses come in the same color they are shown in. Many Maxima dresses can be made in white, ivory or champagne. If you want a different color than the one shown or have something special in mind don't' hesitate to ask us.

 

*Can I make changes to an order I have already placed?

If you need to make any changes to the dress after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Changes can only be requested up to 72 hours after placing your order.

 

*Are there any taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

We don't charge taxes or fees for all our dresses. The price you see is what you pay at checkout. However, depending on your country of residence, you may have to pay taxes which will be collected by the courier company when you receive your package.

 

 

*How do I contact you if I have any questions?
